Shipping Information

What countries can I ship my order to?

We ship to any country in the world from Hong Kong. Packages will be sent by registered air mail via Hong Kong Post or FedEx. An online tracking number will be provided. 

How long does shipping usually take?

Standard Shipping typically takes 6 to 14 business days for delivery to the USA, Europe, and other international destinations, while Speed Post (FedEx) offers faster delivery in 3 to 6 business days. However, mail delay does happen. Please contact us if you have not received your package within a reasonable time.

Do I have to pay customs and import taxes?

For customers in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and the EU, we typically cover duties, VAT, and import taxes. For customers in all other countries, VAT, customs charges, and duty fees may be applied by the destination country, and these costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

If a package is refused due to unpaid fees, shipping costs will not be refunded. Customs processing may also cause delays beyond our control.

What if the product is lost in the mail?

If the mail service loses your order, we will send you a new one for free or you can choose to receive a refund 60 days after the order is shipped.

Please note that no refund will be given if your order has not arrived in less than 60 days. This is because mail delay does happen, and customs can hold packages for up to 6 weeks. This does not happen often, but it can happen. Shipping cost is not refundable. 

If you still haven't receive your order after 60 days, please email info@getamashi.com with your order number, so we can work out a solution.
