Return and Refund Policy

We accept return/refund/exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. product was damaged during shipping
  2. wrong product was delivered
  3. product not received after 60 days 

1) Return your order and get a full refund 

You can return your order and get a full refund within 15 days after you receive the order.

2) Product was damaged during shipping

In case the product was damaged, please email with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We will respond quickly and send a new item to you.

3) Wrong product was delivered

In case the wrong product was delivered, please email with your order number and details about the product. We will respond quickly and send a new item to you or you may choose a refund instead.

4) Product not received after 60 days 

If the mail service loses your order, we will give you a refund 60 days after the order is shipped.

Please note that no refund will be given if you order has not arrived in less than 60 days. This is because mail delay does happen, and customs can hold packages for up to 6 weeks. This does not happen often, but it can happen. Shipping cost is not refundable. 

If you still haven't receive your order after 60 days, please email with your order number, so we can work out a solution.
